“In connection with the speech at the meeting above, there is a rule of procedure [rules of procedure] that each country has a chance of 5 minutes,” Yoyok said on Tuesday.
He then said, “If the speech is more than 5 minutes then the mic will be turned off. So the sound that is not heard in the video/streaming due to a speech that is more than the specified time.”
Furthermore, Yoyok stated that although the microphone was turned off, Prabowo’s speech was still clearly heard by the delegates at the General Assembly Hall.
